What we can evaluate
Broken or discontinued plastic parts that are not safety-critical. We print them in PLA, PETG and TPU, chosen for what the part has to survive. Some examples by trade:

How it works for a shop
The same process as any replacement part, with the reorder built in:
- Send photos with a ruler in frame, or drop off the part
- You get a quote before any work starts
- We print a test piece for you to fit in place
- Once it fits, we make the final part
- We keep the model, so the next one is a reprint
Short runs, jigs and fixtures
Once a part is validated, printing ten is the same model as printing one. We also make jigs, fixtures, drill templates and guards for your own shop floor, from a sketch, a sample or a description of the job.
Where we draw the line
We don't reproduce safety-critical parts: structural parts, braking, steering or suspension parts, anything that contains pressure or fuel, life-support equipment, or parts that need a certification. If a failure could hurt someone, it needs a certified part.
Pricing
Every part is quoted on its own, with design work separated from printing so you see both. The first part carries the measuring, modeling and test fit. After that, reorders are reprints of the validated model and are priced as prints. Every quote states a turnaround.
Questions
- Can you make a part the manufacturer no longer sells?
- Often, if it's a plastic part that isn't safety-critical. Send photos or the part, and we'll tell you whether printing suits it before you commit to anything.
- Do you keep the model for reorders?
- Yes. Once your replacement has been validated, we keep the model on file. Future copies are reprints rather than redesigns. Keeping the model doesn't make it ours. It stays your part: we only reprint it for you or with your permission, and we delete it if you ask.
- How long does it take?
- Every quote states a turnaround. It depends on how much measuring and modeling the part needs, and how long it takes to print.
- What parts won't you make?
